TeenSmart’s youth e-learning platform will once again be offered for free in Nicaraguan public schools!
For the 5th year in a row, the Nicaraguan Ministry of Education has decided to offer JovenSalud to its students – this year with a specific focus on 69 schools in 9 different regions.
Nicaragua is the 2nd poorest country in the Americas and invests just 4.3 % of its GDP in education (compared to 7.4% in neighboring Costa Rica) so school children and families depend on extra support from unbiased and youth-centered NGOs like TeenSmart.
